Children under the age of 5 will be able to enter for free.

SoyCon 10th Anniversary will be held at Venue 929, Schaumburg, IL, USA on Saturday July 22nd, 2017.

  1. Go to Eventbrite’s website and create a free account. (If you have an account, skip to step #4.)
  2. Login to your Eventbrite account.
  3. You can keyword search “SoyCon” or click here to jump to SoyCon | 10th Anniversary’s Evenbrite page.
  4. Choose “Register” and then choose the currently active registration tier.
  5. You can only buy one badge per attendee. Select “1” and hit “Checkout”.
  6. The next screen will take you to your buyer & payment information. You have 60 minutes to complete your registration form. If timer runs out, it will cancel your current process and you have to begin again at Step #4.
  7. Please be sure to fill out all the required fields and have read the terms of service. When you’re finished click “Pay Now”.
  8. Your order & pre-registration will be processed.
  9. Once completed, you will receive an order number. Please keep this number for your records.
  10. You can still review your purchased ticket and information on your profile tab.
  11. You will also receive a confirmation email on your pre-registration.


SoyCon requires all attendees to show proof of their badges by showing their Order Number. Please head to the registration window upon arrival and show one of 3 different ways to obtain your badge.

  1. Printing – You can print your tickets and turn them in at the registration window.
  2. App – Eventbrite has a smartphone app you can download. Your ticket will have a QR code available. We will scan your barcode to confirm your registration.
  3. Order Number Only – If you only have the order number, please have a form of ID with a photo & name as proof that you’re are the owner.


If you run into a case of a lost badge, please check the registration table for any returned badges. If a purchased badge is completely lost, we can offer a $5 badge replacement for one time. Attendees must pay the full price if badge is lost after one time replacement.


Please use SoyCon’s Eventbrite page to pre-register for SoyCon 10th Anniversary. Pre-registration on Eventbrite will be able to accept debit & credit cards under Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. For those doing at-door registration, please keep in mind that will be doing CASH ONLY. We may accept PayPal at door only on special/last resort occasions.


SoyCon pre-registration badges are refundable via request from now till July 15th, 2017. Submit a request for a refund on Eventbrite if you need to cancel your badge. Anytime after July 15th at 11:59pm CST, your badge will not be refundable or transferable.

You can re-register for SoyCon although you will be charged on the price of the current registration tier. For example, if you cancel during registration tier 1 and then you re-register after tier 1 ended, you will end up paying the price of registration tier 2.

For at-door registration badges, all paid badges are final sale.


  1. Login to your Eventbrite account.
  2. Go to your ticket under your profile tab.
  3. Select SoyCon to view ticket information.
  4. Select “Request A Refund”.
  5. Fill out the appropriate boxes and choose a refund reason with a message below.
  6. Select “Continue”.
  7. Review your request refund. If everything looks good, select “Submit Refund Request”.
  8. Once you submit your refund request, the host will approve your refund. (Estimated 2-4 business days to accept your refund request.)
  9. You will receive an e-mail, confirming & completing your refund.


Please keep in mind that these policies may be updated as time passes. Our final update on these policies will be on July 15th, 2017.
