You can find all of your registration needs from SoyCon badge to events that happen during the weekend.  
 

For general badge registration, please download the form below and fill out the information provided. Print and submit your form at the information booths upon arrival to obtain your gathering badge and information envelope. We highly recommend submitting your form before the group photoshoot for convenience. If you are having issues downloading your forms, there will be forms available at SoyCon. Hours of the information booth is from 10am to 4:30pm. Information booth locations are TBA.

If you are interested running a panel or event at SoyCon, submissions are now available! Please download and fill out the forms below to register your panel/event for SoyCon! E-mail all questions or conerns to SoyCon@soycon.com. Once registration is complete, you will recieve a confirmation e-mail that your panel/event has been submitted.

Also, there are a few restrictions that you need to know before submitting your idea:
1.) All submissions must be in before July 1, 2011 at 12:00am. We recommend not waiting at the last minute. Final decisions are due July 4, 2011 at 12:00am.
2.) Panels and events should be around 30 minutes. If you need more time, please send an e-mail on why you need extended time.
3.) We recommended keeping panels/events under PG. You may push the content limit as long as your attendence is fine with it.
4.) SoyCon will not provide any mics, projectors, tables, chairs, etc. We don't have the resources to give any of these.
5.) Refrain for letting events run short of the time period (less than 15 minutes). There may be late people that may want to join in.
6.) Once panel/event submission decisions are finalized. We will give you a time (under your requeset) and location on where to go. Keep in touch!

**Registration for events is a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee you for a spot so it is important to hand these registration forms as soon as possible.
