Pre-Registration deadline is on June 14th @ 11:59pm CST. At-event registration will be only on June 17th. There will be no at-event registration for Saturday June 18th.

1.) Fill out and complete SoyCon's pre-registration form by clicking here.

2.) After you filled out your pre-registration form, you will need to submit your payment to finalize your pre-registration. Log on via PayPal or Google Wallet to submit your payment.

3.) PayPal users submit their $15.00 payment towards: https://www.paypal.me/soycon/15

4.) Upon submission, add a note or message with your name and the email that you pre-registered with.

5.) We will send you a confirmation email regarding your finalized pre-registration.

6.) When you arrive at SoyCon on Friday June 17th, please bring either an ID matching your pre-registration form. You can also bring visual of proof to validate your registration via email, print, or mobile app.

7.) You will receive your badge card after validating your pre-registration. Now you're ready to enjoy SoyCon!

2.) After you filled out your at-event registration form, you will need to submit your payment of $15.00 with your completed registration form.

3.) We accept Cash, PayPal, or Google Wallet.

4.) If paying via PayPal or Google Wallet, add a note or message with your name and the email that you registered with.

5.) You will receive your badge card after validating your registration. Now you're ready to enjoy SoyCon!

Due to the regulations of the picnic grove. We cannot accept any forms of payment on location.

***Updated on 6/15/16***

1.) SoyCon on Saturday is a potluck based event. We welcome our attendees to bring hot dogs, water, burgers, buns, coolers, ice, etc.

2.) If you would like to obtain a badge from us and register at the event, please bring any potluck items to the grove and show us a receipt at the registration table. You must bring $10 worth of potluck items per person.

3.) If you're coming in a group, lets say for example 3 people, you have to bring $30 worth of potluck items and you can mix & match anyway you like it.

4.) This way, you are helping out contributing towards the event, plus obtaining a badge card for your stay during SoyCon 9 | Radiant Bright.

  • All attendees must register for SoyCon. This is your pass to be part of our event so don't lose your badge card!
  • All lost badge cards will only receive one replacement. Report to the registration able during available hours. (See registration hours within "Information")
  • At-event payments are final once payment is received. All pre-registration payments are final after June 14th @ 11:59pm CST.
  • If need of a cancellation or refund, contact us at soycon@soycon.com. This must be done before June 14th 11:59pm CST. No refunds will be issued at the event.
  • We have every right to remove your badge card if we see fit of any unacceptable behavior at the event. No refunds.
  • Anyone visiting for Saturday June 18th only, remember that there is no at-event registration. There is an alternative. Please check "at-event" section on this page. This is due to the picnic grounds not allowing any payments on site. We apologize for the inconveinience.
  • Pre-registration payments are only accepted via PayPal or Google Wallet. Payments will be forwarded to Arthur Garcia. (The Event Director of SoyCon)
  • At-event registration payments are only accepted via Cash, PayPal, or Google Wallet.
