Pre-Registration

To avoid filling out the form while at SoyCon, you may click the link at the bottom of the page to download your SoyCon Badge pre-registration form. Fill the following information and send it back to SoyCon@SoyCon.com. Once you've sent your e-mail, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. It denotes that your form has been recieved and it is stored in our database for badge processing. At the time of the event, you would need to bring some form of I.D. for identification purposes. (State, Drivers, Social Security, Passport, School ID, etc.) Once identification is presented, you will recieve your badge.

Please do not lose your badge. You will get only one and one only. If you're registering for both days, you would only need to pickup on photoshoot day. If you're registering for one of the days, you would need to pick your badge up at their respective events. You may cancel your pre-registration by sending an e-mail to SoyCon@SoyCon.com and state a reason for canceling your registration. Make sure to put “Cancel Pre-Registration” on the subject line.

For anyone ages 13-16, must also sign a parent consent form. Consent forms are located here.
