> You are NOT required to wear your badges. You also do NOT need to display them at all times.
> These badges are for identification purposes only. You may be asked to show your badge, so please keep it with you during the cosplay gathering.
> If you are coming in late, please let someone that you know and relay the message to one of the staff members so we have an idea on when are you coming.
> Lost badges are not replaceable, so don't lose them! |
